CLUTCHES
A clutch is a device that connects and disconnects the engine from the wheels, allowing you to change gears smoothly. When you press the clutch pedal, it temporarily stops the engine's power from reaching the wheels, so you can shift gears without damaging the engine or transmission. Once you release the pedal, the power flows again, and the car moves in the new gear. It’s an essential part of driving a manual transmission vehicle.
